“Intermediates” level baseball is the next level after Majors.  It is substantially similar to Majors with the following exceptions:

• Registrations close in late February 
• Players are 13 years old rather than 10-12 as in Majors
• Games are seven (7) innings rather than six (6) as in Majors
• Larger-sized diamond — 70 foot base paths and a 50’ pitcher’s mound
• True stealing, with leadoffs

NESLL typically has 1-2 intermediates teams, so we play other teams from around Seattle — Magnolia, Ballard, Queen Anne, Bothell and Woodinville among them.  Major division teams, by contrast, play other NESLL teams with occasional inter-league scrimmages.
